Continuous promenade progressives on a circle to a count of four / Skate the lilt action in step #5
Skater will be able to skate the lilt with proper knee action/timing followed by the correct number of steps and timing for the promenade.

Demonstrate lilt by itself with emphasis on timing and knee action.

Add three promenade steps and demonstrate the combined sequence.

Emphasize two beat hold at end of sequence.
Consecutive inside swing rolls to a count of four .
Skater will be able to skate four consecutive inside swing rolls using the correct timing, free leg action/placement and no wide stepping. Timing, Pattern, Free Leg Action
Demonstrate on a line.

Review outside swing rolls.

Demonstrate timing and free leg action.
Cross behind steps on end patern of the Rhytem Blues
Skater will be able to skate three consecutive cross behinds with clean footwork, good knee action and still upper body. Foot Placement, Knee Action, Timing
Demonstrate the objective. Emphasize a still upper body position and proper foot placement!

Emphasize lilt section and timing of cross behinds.
